The Dream Chaser, The Successor To The Space Shuttle

NASA’s Space Shuttle Fleet was retired in 2011 after a total of 135 flights starting in 1981. Now a private organization, Sierra Nevada Corporation, is building the successor to the Space Shuttle and called The Dream Chaser. The aircraft is still undergoing testing, but is far along that process already and slated for an orbital test flight  in 2016.
