On August 8, 1969, Scottish photographer Iain Macmillan photographed the Beatles’ iconic album cover for Abbey Road. I admit that when I was last in London, I made the trek to St. John’s Wood to where the Abbey Road Studios are and walked across the street, probably to the annoyance of a few drivers.
