On January 31, 2014, The Mars Curiosity Rover snapped an ‘Evening Star’ photo of Earth in the Martian nighttime sky. Humanity has more outposts nowadays to snap pictures of the Earth from great distances. Perhaps next they’ll turn around the Pluto-bound New Horizons probe to snap a picture of Earth before heading into the Kuiper Belt.
